Here is a very rare style of Satsuki azalea bonsai from my personal collection. This bonsai is styled in the Kabudachi or Raft/Clump. The variety is Nyohozan which is a very strong variety of Satsuki Azalea. This bonsai was imported from Japan approximately 5 years ago and is very healthy. It is potted in pure kanuma pumice and top dressed with Japanese mountain moss or yamagoke. This Satsuki is such a master piece, that I had a custom bonsai pot made that you see it in now.
This bonsai has a base of 17" (WOW). It's width of the canopy is 45" right to left and 24" back to front. The tallest tree is 25" tall.
This bonsai will be the center piece of you collection for sure.
